At CrossFit Lynden we strongly believe the most effective way to achieving your goals is with a hybrid membership. Hybrid memberships are a mixed membership of Private Coaching and Group Classes. Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, a regular 1-1 session with your coach will help maintain an effective relationship and give you a chance to develop your skills in a more focused environment.
